There looked to be mold or something spilled behind the bed in the smaller bedroom. The remotes to the tvs would not work in living room or master bedroom. Googled and went to front desk. Front desk stated since we didn’t rent from them they could not help us. Could not get them to work with what Google said. Air conditioning unit was not putting out cool air in master bedroom. A lot warmer than the rest of the condo.

The condo furniture is out of date and worn. The master bedroom curtains are too transparent letting light in room when during sunrise (6am) hard to sleep past sunrise. You can tell this condo has had a lot of use.

The condo itself is a nice condo. The rooms are spacious and the layout is nice. It was a little humid the first day until the temperature regulated. The floors were pretty dirty and very sandy. I know sand is a given at the beach but the dirt was disappointing. The dryer in the unit did not work. We reported it but unfortunately repairs were not made during our stay. Overall the location is the best feature of this unit. It was only two hotels from the start of the boardwalk. Perfect for late night strolls and shopping. Communication with Hosteeva was good and it seemed like they tried to help. The pools are a little small but luckily the property wasn’t completely full so it wasn’t overly crowded. 4 stars for location, comfort, and communication.

it was ok a lot old and worn out stuff needs updating and deep cleaning they charge cleaning fee so they need to do a better job on the cleaning part.

Very nice stay. Our second trip to this property and same condo. Was clean overall and the property was nice and in good shape for ocean front. Moisture is always an issue with the high humidity climate so it’s difficult to not have mold here and there but the property has been making an effort to deal with problems.

It was spacious

This place is horrifically outdated and dirty. The unit is literally falling apart and being held together with duct tape. Bathtubs are so old and slippery that you have to put a towel down inside the shower so you won’t fall. The furniture is from the literal early 90’s and has had no updates aside from appliances. Elevators are extremely dangerous and get stuck often. All the hallway fire alarms are busted off or missing. Floors are tile but are filthy. We all had dirty black feet 5 mins after arriving. No vacuum or mop to help keep sand off floors. Sheets and towels threadbare and stained, Bathroom lights only worked sometimes and the unit had a odor of mold/mildew the entire time. First bedroom door sticks when it’s closed and you have to use all of your body weight to open it. Pools are ok but the property is very dirty and very unkept. Sand in pools wasn’t ever cleaned out. Hot tub broke and not working the entire stay. For almost $4,000 I expected a bit more. This is roadside motel quality for Hilton prices. Skip this one.

Property was on the beach. Condo was clean, well appointed, easy to get to. Hot tub and pools were enjoyable.

Communication was great. But no amenities. Bring your own towels. Unit was furnished well and unit was clean, building itself needs cleaning. For the money and amenity fee expect at least basics of towels. Parking on site is a plus and beach is nice
