The village is really nice and so full of history and beauty. The location of our hanok was great: quiet yet close to everything (it was a little difficult to find at first). The quarters were small but oh so authentic and fun. The bathroom was totally modern, well stocked and clean. The A/C and floor heater were terrific. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We highly recommend this experience to all.

Very good location for visiting Jeonju, close to attractions and restaurants, and it was an excellent opportunity to stay in a clean and modernised traditional house. The host was very responsive and instructions were clear. I liked the bathroom products.

The studio duplex (2 up, 3 down) was too small for 5 adults plus our med/large suitcases so it was better to split into two hanoks - we ended up doing this. We were a bit confused by the instructions for the bedding. Would be good to have non-disposable cups for tea. More 'floor' seats (lean against the wall) would be good as we had 2 elderly and 1 pregnant person in our group.

Great experience and perfect location. Walking distance from everywhere.

The futon beds take some getting used to and the towels are really small.

Looks authentic rooms and very traditional compare to modern hotel, its feels hommy.

Dust on room, need to pay attention, also some bugs inside woods come out in the afternoon till night.

Very clean especially the toilet. It is small but to be expected in a hanok. We managed five pax inside which was really interesting! Place was well heated even during the middle of winter, and overall a comfortable stay.

Traditional Hanok housing located right in the centre of the village. The room was clean and the bathroom is clean and also nice. The only downfall is the very thin bedding which is expected when you are booking this type of accommodation. We had to phone the host to let us into our room which is a padlock with a code. There is plenty of street food in the area and I highly suggest taking the free English walking which starts outside the information centre at the palace (I think it is Gyeonggijeon Palace)

The thin bedding, but I didn't lower my review score because of this - it is the style of accommodation .
