לקחנו 2 חדרים אחד מהם סויטה אלגנטית בקומה 8 שעליה שילמנו מחיר גבוה יותר, לעומת חדר נוסף בקומה ראשונה עם פאטיו מרפסת. חדר זה היה מרווח גדול במידות עם מרפסת ענקית מלא באור, עלה פחות. זאת לעומת החדר היקר שהיה קטן באופן משמעותי צפוף מאד חשוך, פחות נוח ובמחיר גבוה יותר.
