This was a beautiful property and we really enjoyed our stay . The view out the master bedroom in the evening and morning was spectacular. Definitely will visit again…

Great place to stay with an amazing view. Could use some better cleaning practices. Cobwebs, leftover lipstick on a wine glass, ect. Otherwise great place to stay and only 15 from lake placid.

"Beautiful spot on the lake "

Beautiful spot on the lake! We stayed in a rustic cabin, which was fine for 2 nights. Parking was next to the cabin so very easy to unload the car. There are kayaks and canoes for guests to use, as well as life jackets available.

Do not under any circumstances book the Rustic Cottages. Very seedy and need to be shut down. Fairly clean but so run down I’m surprised they pass inspection. Too many issues to list. Maybe the new cottages are ok and the setting is nice but I can’t say anything good about the Rustic Cottages!!

Great location! Definitely would come back in the summer. Just in the master room if the bathroom mirror was not so high up.. other than that everything was excellent!

Beautiful property with beautiful views of the lake and mountain. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was beautiful and very clean!

"Barely the Basics "

Place was clean but only given 1 bath towel for 3 guests! no wash cloths. The kitchen had the very very basics but was missing some important things like there was only butter knives not a single sharp knife to cut with! Most of the overhead lights did not work. The smoke detectors were all unplugged with batteries popping out. It was ok to stay here but on a second trip I'd look for a different place.
