The room was great with comfortable beds, a microwave, a dining table, and a small fridge with a separate freezer compartment. There was also a tasty breakfast included each day. A nice yet busy pool. Our room on the ground floor was noisy because of the pool and the closeness to the lobby, stairs and elevator. The hotel is compact in size. All the staff were great and really friendly. One does need to be careful in the shower as the tile floor is slippery. The hotel is a convenient walk to downtown Crucecita. Would we stay again? Yes.

Our stay here for over a month was excellent just as it was last year. The hotel has met all our needs, and the manager Yailene is very devoted. All the staff are smiling and greeting us every day. The chef prepares a tasty Mexican style breakfast, buffet style served by Freddie and Reina. His Oaxaca Mole sauce is my favourite. Line ups are long when a bus tour is staying so try to eat promptly or wait a bit until the group clears Room attendants do an excellent job and look after special requests without fail. Petro got our room in order perfectly while we ate breakfast. you will always meet Sylvia ( happy happy) whether or not she looks after your room, very outgoing and extra friendly. Reception greets you every time you pass. We saw Alfred daily as his night shift was ending and he was still cheerful, his English is very good. For the most part you will find it much easier here if you speak Spanish. Most staff do not know English, and not many guests do either. You could use your google translation app. If we are able we look forward to returning

I liked the location, close to mostly everything, no more than a 10min drive. Breakfast is different every morning.

wifi was horrible, need better service at that, towels need to be asked for, they don't change bedsheets nor towels.

We stayed 4 days. Very nice hotel with an excellent staff. Sylvia was such a fun chambermaid! She always kept us smiling. It was very clean and the rooms were quite nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Only concern was sometimes the wi fi was hit and miss in the rooms but great at the office and at the pool. If you want to stay, close to downtown, this is great location. It is within walking distance to everything. We would stay again.

It’s very clean, the room are spacious and well equipped.

The location is not in the common hotel zone. But it’s still very good.
