Estaba muy limpio, sus instalaciones son lindas y muy buena ubicación

Solo un detalle, el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación casi no enfriaba, intentamos regularlo varias veces pero nunca logramos que funcionara

"La primera impresión en el hotel malísima"

La falta de recursos humanos para con los clientes. Hubo en error en reservación y optaron por no importarles y querer realizar el cobro. Booking me indicó que no harían el cobro. Que solicitar al hotel hacer la cancelación y ellos no quisieron. El recepcionista de mal aspecto. Mala presentación personal y expresiones vocales de mala forma
