Loft Sinaloa By The Local Way

This was a great spot for mexico city first time visitors. Several good eating places close by. "The Backyard' was lovely for breakfast.

Never experienced such a lack of solution and service oriented mindset. I really do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a welcoming stay in Mexico. We came to Mexico City for a couple of days to see our daughter who is studying there and the owner did not allow her to enter the building (of course she was not meant to stay overnight but just visit for a coffee). As this was a very rigid rule on her side and we were not prepared to give in and renounce spending time with our daughter, the owner offered to cancel the booking against reimbursement. We then made a reservation elsewhere but the owner never agreed afterwards to the reimbursement.

The building is very nice and the rooftop deck is lovely! The pool wasn't quite what we were expecting and could use a cleaning. However, the indoor area around the pool was also pleasant. The unit had lots of room for suitcases and clothes.

We thought there was air conditioning in the unit but there wasn't. It was quite warm and the provided fan was not enough to cool the room. One window could be opened but there was street noise so it couldn't stay open overnight to cool things off. We also couldn't get the smartTV to work with any English streaming services but that was likely user-error.

Amazing communication and a great apartment! We’d definitely come back and stay here again. Great neighborhood with tons of good food/drink options! Thank you so much to the gracious host!

There were cafes, pharmacy, bars, street food, Oxxos nearby. Incredibly convenient. Quiet area with lots of bicyclists. Overall it was nice and close to everything I needed.

The futon was a little worn down. Maybe the mattress to that could be replaced. The main bed was excellent and comfortable. The kitchen has a little bit of work to be done to it on the floor boards. Also when it rains the lobby area is open and slippery.

I stay here for work every 2-3 months and am always happy to be back. The small studio has everything for a business traveller, it's in a great building with a sauna and swimming lane and perfectly located in the Condesa neighborhood.

I wish there was an easier way to collect the keys other than to meet the host at reception which requires some organization if a flight is delayed / one is stuck in traffic. Also, I hear that for groups traveling or people who want to invite guests or friends to the building, the tight security can be tedious. The security staff isn't always the friendliest.

The location is absolutely amazing. It is in Roma North, where plenty of nice bars and restaurants are 5-15 minutes walking distance. The area is not only super safe (also at night), but also really beautiful. The staff is very helpful as well

The bed is not exactly huge. We were two people of medium size and it was ok.

The location and interior were great. It is very quite in the appartment.

The check in was complicated abd delayed.
