A bit outdated but overall good. Very large apartments.

Location is hard to judge as there are no walkable areas around.

Got hassled by corrupt police right outside. Staff also took forever for every request, often needing multiple attempts. Washing facilities in room were broken and I reported, but no one came to assist.

From 23:30 to 2:00 the upstairs room (1501) there was a group of people cleaning and fixing things. We could hear the conversations and banging as if they were working in our living room, it was so loud! The amenities are great but if you want to book it to rest, then you will barely sleep. The staff after not answering the calls, the next morning just apologised and said it was from another administration so they couldn't do anything.

Some of the front of house staff were very kind and friendly.

Probably the worst accommodation I've ever stayed at. The main issue was that they put us in a room on the first night, they put us in a room on the side of some incredibly loud and bass-y clubs. We arrived after a 16 hour journey at 3am and weren't able to sleep until 7am. The room was uninhabitable, they should not be letting it out. We complained the next day and they moved us but then stalled for our whole stay about a refund for that first night. The operations manager, Priya, was useless. They offered things that weren't applicable to us and told us to speak to booking.com to get a refund due to a processing issue. They then refused to refund us even after we spoke to booking.com. When I raised this with the incompetent Priya, she of course did not respond. Thankfully booking.com gave us some credit so a big thank you to them. Furthermore, the place was filthy. Multiple times our room hadn't been cleaned until very late in the day. Almost everytime they came, we were in the room, disturbing us. They didn't have a hoover or were too lazy to get it. They used the same mop without replacing the water from the bathrooms straight into the rest of the apartment. They left long hairs all over the apartment (neither of us have long hair). The bathroom was also not cleaned well. There was excrement on the toilet brushed. I felt sick everytime i stepped into the bathroom. Not just the rooms but the common places were filthy too. Hair all over the gym. Marks on the floor outside the lifts which weren't mopped/cleaned the whole week we were there. They advertised that they had squash courts but then wouldn't rent out a racket or ball. Expected people from across the world to bring their own for a week's trip. They advertise that they have washing machine but won't provide detergent, nor could you buy an acceptable amount from the shop downstairs, minimum was 1 kg.

Cleanliness. Fast Wifi. Good customer care from the staff. Overally, I loved the place because it was closer to my workplace and easily accessible considering the transport situation at the time and last minute booking

The room was too big for me😅 For the price per night, we would appreciate if breakfast is included
