Really convenient location, comfortable bed and room. Nice to be able to choose your room too. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choose and some gluten free food too

Hôtel moderne et très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Literie confortable. J'ai accepté pour la première fois d'avoir une clé digitale : c'est super car on est 100 % autonome et ça fonctionne très bien.

La chambre était un peu petite mais avec suffisamment de rangement pour mettre les valises et faire en sorte qu'elles ne nous gênent pas. C'est le seul petit bémol mais ça ne m'empêchera pas de revenir dans cet hôtel si je reviens dans cette ville.

The location was excellent, close to the train station. There was a good choice at breakfast too although some of the items could have been hotter. We were able to leave luggage after arriving on an early ferry. Once we checked in we were also able to borrow a kettle. Staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and it was quiet.

The hotel charged my credit card again even though I had prepaid the money already. After complaining my case, they discovered the mistake and refunded the money in NOK to my credit card. However, I am not a citizen of Norway. My bank charged my account in the currency of my country and changed the refund in my currency again. There is about 3.2% different between the 2 transactions. WHY SHOULD I BE PUNISHED BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE?

Ospevovaná posteĺ s úžasným matracom bola veľmi vysoká, ledva som na ňu vyliezla, strašne úzka, tak rovno na zgúĺanie z tej výšky. Nepáčila sa mi smart komunikácia, to aby som sa rozprávala iba s telefónom a nie s ľuďmi. Stálemi chodili emaily, sms.....
