Friendly welcome Courteous staff Lots of parking Comfortable and clean room

I booked this 2-day stay for my daughter and her two children. The hotel is perfectly located as I live in West Cambourne but do not have sufficient room to put them up I was not expecting my daughter to be woken up at about 1.15./02.00 during the night by people arguing and loudly banging doors. This apparently went on for some time, and it somewhat upset my daughter to the point that she could not get back to sleep. The noise appeared to be coming from the floor above.. I complained along with my daughter the next day, and a note was made by the reception clerk in the system. Her stay, due to this incident, was not up to the usual high standard, and I would like these comments to be fed through to the hotel if possible
