"Quick trip to Dollywood"

Value and location is great. it was clean & comfortable.

I wish the window would have had sheers. It was either completely black of show everyone on the walkway all your business. Plus the walkway (2nd floor) was too narrow for the chairs. The chairs are nice but trying to carry luggage to your table room was very difficult with limited space.

Clean rooms...welcome friendly staff at front......

Well aprtm.112 both mirrors where streaked.....I'm a supervisor in housekeeping at a facility like travellodge...that was the only thing I seen

We absolutely loved the location and the pool!

I pre-registered online and was expected to check in at 3pm, the air conditioner in the room was not on. It was very hot and stuffy. Maybe next time they could go ahead and cut it on for guest that have a set time when they are arriving, other than that it was amazing!

"Clean and comfortable."

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We couldn't hear the neighbors.

The lady checking us in wasn't that friendly. We could hear the traffic when the A/C fan kicked off. The room had some cosmetic issues, (Paint peeling, etc.)
