Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale

I like how the rooms are modern and that they provide a beach bag, towels, lounge chairs, etc. for your beach visit.

Numerous things made us feel as though our visit to this hotel was not as luxury as the brand Four Seasons claims to be: -Early check-in with ample heads up was not honored. -4pm check-in guarantee was also not honored (after waiting numerous hours in hopes that I could be checked in early - front desk told me they'd tell housekeeping to expedite our room, so I waited because of that - then 4pm came around and the room still was not cleaned. Didn't enter room until 4:15pm) - Manager said he'd escort me to room once it was ready - he did not -Service recovery is awful. Many employees kept asking how things were but never offered solutions or comps to make us feel better about the situation. It is not the guests job to come up with solutions for their dissatisfaction, it is the hotels job to do that. -My car came back from valet with a flat tire (had to come back and valet guy filled it for us) -Outdoor lounge chairs are worn and dirty -App doesn't work I paid 5k + for my stay there and it just was not worth the money. There are more bang for your buck hotels on Fort Lauderdale beach.

First time staying at the four seasons in Fort Lauderdale and it will be my new go to when I’m in the area. First of all the staff are incredibly nice and attentive and the service was top notch. We had no complaints during our stay.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall hospitality exceeded all expectations. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. The room was beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and spotless. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt both luxurious and welcoming. This was truly a five-star experience—we can’t wait to come back!

It all starts with the service. If you don’t feel,pampered and attended to, you must be dead. I have never met so many happy workers in one place. Every single person we had contact with was polite, asking about our stay, and if there was anything they could do for us. This started the front desk and continued with the pool staff, housekeepers, spa personnel and waitstaff. We had a King ocean view room that was well appointed and comfortable. Both restaurants are great. Drinks were a bit high priced but were very good. Can’t wait to go back.

Family of four and we loved every second of our stay! we loved the restaurants, the staff, the pool, the workout facility! lunch at the pool was a huge hit! the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly! We will be back next year!
