"Wonderful hotel and great location"

the hotel is very clean. the breakfast person kept the coffee and food full despite it being sold out and very busy. the housekeepers brought towels without asking.

The afternoon staffing at front desk wasn't great. The evening person when we checked in was great and the morning person was helpful. We asked for sheets to change bed because it didn't seem super clean and we were told by afternoon staff person they didn't have any extra sheets. after pressing, he said he would look and then there were sheets

Location to the Detroit Metro Airport. Nice environment, comfortable.

The walls are very thin, not insulated well at all for sound. Could hear the next door room talking, tv, and they were not even being loud, it's just that the walls have zero sound proofing. Had to turn on my sound machine.

Beautiful, clean, excellent small pool and we loved that there was a fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher in our room. Perfect location for our destination.

Sheets are microfiber and thus way too hot and awful for my hair. This is now common, but I loathe it nonetheless. I still can’t figure out why such nice hotels have such uncomfortable sheets.
