The towels and robe were not soft. Pillow was too firm. Needs a variety all 4 were the same. Pool was not warm.

Quarto com pouca iluminação, tivemos problema na calefação do quarto e precisamos trocar de quarto, a arrumação eles tiravam o que tinha a vista na mesa mas não faziam limpeza de fato e café da manhã horrível, impossível de comer, até tentamos no 2o dia mas não funcionou e no 3o nem tentamos, fomos comer na rua mesmo, o 1o dia perdemos a hora pq estávamos exaustos.
