The staff ,always helpful. Romeo the manager was there if you needed him. Great to visit Aceh , I'm moving around a bit and using the Plum Hotel as a base.

"Worth money value, good surroundings and simple concept."

All staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming. The location also strategic and near to Baiturrahman mosque. Good stay unless for elders cause the hotel doesn’t have lift facilities but you can ask for room in lower floors. Good price and worth all pennies you spend.

Nothing, I belive they will improve their facilities in the future times also room for diasable or sick people in lower floor or any other alternative.
