The hotel staff were incredibly professional and genuinely friendly across all areas of the property. From the front desk on every shift to the housekeeping and restaurant teams, the level of customer service was exceptional. The lobby, hallways, guest room, and fitness center were all spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is both convenient and secure, with safe and easy parking. I stayed for four days and truly enjoyed my experience—I look forward to returning the next time I’m in Bethesda. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I prepaid for my stay and after checking out was charged another $150 rise they’re telling me is the charge for the stay

A remarkable experience for me on a first time visit to this facility. The check- in was normal and I went straight to my room on the high floor. I realized immediately that I needed to change my room from double- bed to single bed. I went back to the front desk and the rep spent time in making a decision on whether to relocate me or not. Suddenly, Mya appeared at the front desk and took over the computer. She made a quick check and confirmed my relocation to a room of my choice. I was impressed that the facility has a mechanism for quick action. While a rep spent time in taking a decision, the timely intervention of another rep was impressive. The gym at the pent level is spacious with fantastic equipment. While I enjoyed the free coffee at the lobby, the available quiet space for personal work on the computer is commendable. I easily used this space with my laptop when I decided to keep away from my room.

The hotel was in a good location and it's atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly

The coffee machine in my room did not work and I could not adjust the thermostat even after following instructions.
