An amazing stay! From the staff to the views, wonderful! Can’t wait to return!

This is BY FAR the best hotel my fiancé and I have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful, the setting tranquil, the saunas fantastic, the pool area idyllic and calming and above all the staff were just the most accommodating and welcoming of any we have encountered. Special shout out to Leonardo and all the catering staff, bar staff and reception - you are what makes this hotel brilliant.

The best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at!! A once in a lifetime experience. The food and attention to detail was impeccable. I cannot wait to come back.

Einfach alles super! Es ist nicht billig aber seinen Preis wert.

전체적으로 청결하고 좋은것 같습니다. 그러나 객실에는 욕조가 없습니다. 가장 아쉬운 점입니다. 리셉션에서 나보다 뒤에 도착한 단체가족의 체크인을 먼저하여 시간이 많이 지체되고 기분이 상했습니다. 식사시에도 자본주의에 맞게 등급이 낮은객실은 뷰와 거리가 먼 안좋은자리에 배치합니다. 음식은 특이합니다. 조식은 굉장히 맛있고 메뉴도 좋습니다. 과일이 신선합니다. 판단은 각자.

Hotel and facilities were amazing! Food was delicious. Views are stunning. However, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and we had a terrible sleep. The hotel staff explained the problem the next day - very apologetic and understanding. But the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful and left a very bad taste in the mouth given the price we paid.
