"Things which could have been better"

It was better than average

The faulty lock of the door, the annoying shower in the washroom, the bad tempered room service boy at night, the disturbing noice and crying of children in other rooms, the loud voices of people talking on the phone in the lobby at awkward times. And the overcharging at the time of check out. The phone wasn't working and they weren't bothering to attend the phone at times.

The property claimed there was no booking even though i paid fully on expedia. Had to pay again. Hotel wasnt anything special nd food was poor..
