Prima dell'Elba Family Apartments

Lokalizacja, otoczenie,personel na plus. Panie z obsługi jak mogly to starały się pomóc. Pościel wymieniona w połowie terminu pobytu. Czysto wewnątrz apartamentu. Możliwość skorzystania z pralki we wspólnej części, tarasu widokowego, cisza okolicy. Mimo uchybień, polecam jednak warunkowo, bo rzeczywistość odbiega od oferty że zdjęć. Mam porównanie oferty Znajomych, którzy byli z nami i sporo taniej mieli apartament o dużo lepszym standardzie, może w trochę gorszej lokalizacji ale za sporo mniejsze pieniądze. Wszędzie jednak poruszalismy sie samochodem, co nie stamowi za bardzo o lokalizacji.Polecam przemyśleniu w podjęciu decyzji.

Zła lub przkłamana galeria zdjęć o apartamencie. Niestety, spora powierzchnia jaka została przedstawiona obejmowała nieużyteczny korytarz pomiędzy pokojami a salono- kuchnią. Aneks lub cześć kuchenna to zaledwie kawałeczek haotycznie ułożonych konstrukcji. Brak miejsca na zakupy, kłopot z kuchenką indukcyjną- zarzegnany tylko 50/50 przez Menagera działającego podczas naszej nieobecności w apartamencie. Na zewnątrz w naszej części brudna i niesprzątana cześć tarasu. Odchody ptasie na krzesłach, i liście wraz zaciekami oraz świeżość stołu plastikowego świadczące o soprym zapomnieniu. Po naszym odświeżeniu dla Znajomych podróżujących z nami wróciło do przyzwoitego stanu. Meble w pokojach niestety niedopasowane do rzeczywistości. Półki nierozplanowane, zawieszki pod sufiem są bezużyteczne. Klimatyzacja ustawiona na minimum 23 stopnie. Łazienka totalnie bez składu ani ładu. Na kosmetyki wciśnięta szafa, wszystko widać dokładane byle było, brak wentylacji, bo trudno takimi nazwać 2 okna bez moskitier, gdzie po kąpieli komary wręcz rubiły nalot na wilgotne pomieszczenie.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location with lovely views of Elba...a visit to the island is a must! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Andrea and his team are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help make your stay as good as possible. There are bikes available to use at the apartment which we found really useful for exploring the local area. The centre of Piombino is wonderful with some great bars and restaurants. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!

Beautiful accommodation with amazing views. Beach very close and Piombino center accessible by public transport or walking. Andreas and his staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

Very nice Apartments, everything was clean. Perfect place to start nice holidays. Always found a parking spot in the street. Would recommend and come again. Very friendly staff. Everything worked well for us. We had a wonderful week here.

This is NOT negative, its just a tiny tiny bit to possible improve and make it perfect. The Aircondition was not working so well, we were not able to get below 24° in the room, thats a bit to warm at night to have a good sleep. The kitchen utensils were a bit worn out and could be renewd

Flat was great, we highly appreciated the quiet climatisation by this hot weather 😎 and the rooftop terrace with the morning shade, the views on Elba island, the sunset..🌅. For us, it was conveniently located next to our family. And not far from a beach and the marina. Definitely in our favorite when we will visit the family again.

Not much. Some sunshade on the rooftop terrace would be great to enjoy a bit more the rooftop terrace.

The checkin process. You have to upload full images of your passport onto their system. This is not a bank or so, this is private company and I have no clue how save that system is and who has access to the picture of my passport. Never seen this system before and we feel it is unsafe, but had no choice as it was paid already (this procedure is not shared on the booking page). It also means you have to do the work (typing all the necessary info, uploading 4 passports) instead of them doing it (I have holiday!!!) Then there was a lot of info in the booking page that is not correct (for the unit that we got - they have more units and we cannot judge on that): No terrace and no terrace furniture (but title of the advertisement is "appartment with terrace"), no desk. The 2nd bedroom is not a bed ROOM, but a kind of narrow attick with 2 beds. Also there is not a washing machine and dryer in the appartment (which is clearly indicated in the advertisment), but is a sharing one which you can only use afternoon / evening and you have chance of being occupied. That is not "in your appartment" You get a whatsapp message that you are not supposed to put the airco below 24 degrees......(does that mean in winter you are not supposed to put heating above 16???). I never sleep in a room where it is 24 degrees! I choose an appartment with airco not to sweat in my bed (you get appartments without airco for half of the price) Complaining (by whatsapp) means you get punishments. We were not allowed to use the detergent of the washing machine, the parking space in front of the building and because of "the way you complaint". Much too expensive for what it offers.

We had the appartament with the roof terrace. I did not enjoy the CCTV camera at close proximity pointed directly onto the dining table. I support having CCTV for security, maybe in different location, not so in front of your face. While the terrace is very large and nice and I understand that seaguls are everywhere, it would benefit from cleaning the roof terrace from the droppings of the birds…

Very helpful, friendly host, property looks newly renovated, was exceptionally clean, everything looked brand new… area very quite and peaceful
