Excellent facilities and communication with host

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and needs replacing

it’s spacious and the kitchen is newly renovated. the bed is comfortable and the place was clean. The property is close to a bus stop.

there was bedding piled in the wardrobe, not sure if it was dirty, clean... the kitchen has very few utensils (not a small knive or peeler) the curtains in the main bedroom could also be fixed or replaced for slightly better black out ones

The upstairs of the property, as well as the dining area, was really comfortable, clean, well equipped and with good fittings. Great shower and comfy upstairs beds. The downstairs sofa bed was old, not clean and extremely uncomfortable; extremely thin mattress and spring over uncomfortable. In the kitchen the oven was unspeakably dirty and there was a thick film of dust on top of the fridge. Baking trays and frying pan were in a state to be thrown out and the draining rack at the sink was old and rusty. We had chosen the property as the kitchen was a great size, but unfortunately we’re not able to use it because of the state of the oven and pans. All electrical appliances in the house were great and amount of space was perfect. Woukd not take much to address these points and bring this otherwise really nice accomodation up to scratch.

The state of cleanliness and the fact that the door was swollen and we could not close it. My mother (74 years old) was locked in for one hour and half until somebody came to help from the agency. The owner refused to fix the problem. This represent a serious safety risk in case of fire or in an emergency. A formal complain will follow.

The facility was very clearn. Very easy to go into town. Bus stop directly infront of the facility.

The 10am check out was extremely early for. We asked exceptionally to check out at 11 or 12, but we were refused. Normally check out at most facilities is mid-day. The 10am check out is a great inconvience.
