"It is OK"

NO breakfast. Room service is poor. When I went out of room in the morning teeling to clean the room , they have not cleaned till I returned back to room.

If room service is provided with break fast, and lunch it would have been better.

"It is better that the hotel makes it clear about their policy of offering hotel rooms only to family"

I travelled with my male colleague and at the time of check in, the receptionist asked for both our aadhaar and denied room for us as we were not a married couple. We had to leave the hotel and find another place to stay in an unknown city despite booking our room.
