Hotel was nice, fresh and clean. Great value for the night.
Only problem I could see was that parking was limited.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for my needs and felt safe. No real lobby but didn't need anything. Would like bigger towels or more than 2 if it only covers my head!!

Very clean and quiet
The hotel was a little old but it looks like it has been remodeled recently. Updated floors freshly panted and extremely clean. deposit on my room was a surprise I thought it would have been included with the room cost. But it wasn’t really that high and as long as you don’t smoke in the room or destroy something you should get it back I just wish they had been more up front about needing a deposit before I had booked my room. I’m planning on recommending the royal inn to everybody I know that comes to this area

Kept my deposit for stains on bench that was already there
Linens had urine stains and burn holes all over them, only had 2 towels for 3 people, looked like they had black grease stains on them nothing in this room was newly renovated, Had to pay a $150 cash deposit. They had to come check the room before we left Big glue traps for rats sitting around, my very small service dog stepped on this. It could have been a child. Manager very rude. Not a safe area No i am not a person that needs a Hilton, but I do like clean sheets & towels during this COVID I will not be staying there again.
