The staff there were very kind, and the hotel is in a safe location, and overall looks beautiful! Loved the little terrace outside of the room :)

The floors were unfortunately not cleaned during the room cleaning and the towels didn't feel & smell fresh/like they are washed.

Per chi vuole visitare Medellin, senza il caos del Poblado, questa è la sistemazione perfetta. A 5 minuti a piedi da tutti i posti per mangiare. Lo staff è molto gentile, accogliente e dà ottimi consigli.

The staff were phenomenal!!! So kind and personable, went out of their way to be helpful. I had a cold while there and they made me lime peel tea, brought hot water continuously. Gave amazing local recommendations, helped make reservations, were interesting to chat with. Shoutout to Luis and Juan!! The hotel is gorgeous, it felt like an oasis in an original home of the area in a sea of commercial high-rises and gentrification. The room had a huge very comfortable bed, we had our own little patio, it was fairly quiet considering how busy the area is. The gardens on the property are lush and beautiful. The bathroom was huge and bright.

The breakfast location was very pleasant, although the restaurant seemed short staffed so service felt slow then rushed. Food was good, nothing special, portions slightly small, on the included breakfast. The coffee was excellent.

We loved this beautiful little hotel in every way. the room with patio was great. the reception and common area was very inviting. the staff was amazing. we will stay here again for sure.

only issues for us was the shower in our room was difficult to control the hot and cold
