Niente !!

Lavoro con booking da 20 anni,so che con un tasto noi titolari annulliamo gratuitamente una prenotazione BASTA VOLERLO FARE ,non ho chiesto questo ,ho chiesto di spostare le date ,venivo per scalare una cascata e davano caldo a 3500 metri con pericolo valanghe 4 su 5 ,mi hanno risposto che booking non lo fa ,grande stronzata ,poi allora visto la figura da bugiardi mi hanno detto che non è nella loro politica nemmeno davanti a GRAVE PROBLEMA DI SALUTE!!! COMPLIMENTI ,proprio mercenari un offesa per la categoria !!! Io anche per pioggia cancello gratuitamente perche i clienti vanno trattati bene fin dall'inizio non solo quando pagano!!! Adesso ho capito perche in piene olimpiadi qui c'era tutto vuoto !!!!
