I have booked the largest n most expensive room, yet the services is no near the highesf. Staff are trained to say sorry n offer no solutions.. need to have alot of patience

We had a great stay. Our booking was very last minute due to unseen circumstances with another hotel. M World staff allowed us to check in a few hours early. It was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The whole team was very friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and stress free.

It was such a great experience and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location is good for families and we loved the pool. The only downside was the breakfast buffet was mediocre. I would appreciation fewer options if each option was done well instead of so many things to choose from and none all that great.

Requested for a quiet room and got it. Everything that I expected of the hotel was still there including the courteous and professional staff. Hotel should consider installing fast charging points for EV drivers. That would make a big difference if fast charging facilities are available at the hotel carpark
