Very clean, great location

Water pressure, position in the city good, breakfast was ok

My mattress should be thrown out it was so bad, we had a case each, room very crampt, so one case open in the bathroom. We were put in a room that was for people with mobility Issues. Reason given was that was all that was available. I booked and paid more than 6 months in advance, and that was what we were allocated, and one staff member said also because we booked through booking.com. No proper black out curtains in bedroom, ,esp considering street light was in-between our bathroom and bedroom windows. Had breakfast inc, and while eating one morning they decided to clean the toilet with the door open, that was just in front of where l was sitting .

Location is central for any activities you'd like to do in Lisbon.

立地が良い、チェックイン時のスタッフの感じが良かった。 部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて、使いやすかった。

1階分、階段の利用が必須なので、荷物を下ろすのは大変かも(チェックイン時は、スタッフの方が荷物を上げてくれた) 部屋位置から、外の雑音は全く聞こえなかった。 シャワーの戸が、かなり重く開閉が大変だった。 チェックインデスクが別棟で、わからず困った。
