Classio Residency

The day receptionist, sorry I forgot his name, he lives in Auroville, was extremely helpful and friendly. Although I arrived in a bad mood and complained, he made every effort to accommodate me. The hotel is a bit off the main road and is therefore in a quiet location. The rooms are sparkling clean and well soundproofed, everything worked perfectly. Perhaps the best stay during my long trip to India this year. Gladly again and again!

Nothing. All hunky dory.

1. They gave me early checkin without any hassle as they had rooms available 2. Location is very near to major tourist attractions 3. No parking issues as they have ample space 4. Small but neat and clean room I would like to appreciate Gopi for the great customer service he showed for the issues I had faced at this hotel. He apologized for the rude behavior of the other staff(Prasanna) and the issues I had faced during my stay, he let me extend my stay till 4 pm instead of 10 am check out to make up for the issues I've faced at this hotel. I have given one extra star only for your star staff gopi. Very humble guy

1. The hotel staff (at least few of them) need proper training as to how to talk to a customer who is upset about something which is a basic for a hotel. The room which was alloted to me had issue as it was not cooling the room, I called to complain about it. They sent a person to check the ac who went back saying the ac is working. Ac was working but wasn't cooling, at day was out most of the time hence didn't notice it. Felt the pain in night and when I called and complained, the guy at the reception started arguing with me and was like why didn't I tell there was a problem earlier? He sounded very rude. I think the name of the person was Prasanna. I wasn't expecting the way he started arguing with me. 2. Faulty shower in the washroom. Even this was reported however couldn't get it fixed. 3. No resturant at this hotel which was a bummer 4. Don't take the bike from the guy whose card the hotel guys give as i had bad experience with the quality of his bikes. 5. Rooms were so close to each other that I can hear what the other people are talking. Even woke up few times when their bell rang thinking someone is at the door of our room.

The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the action, but it's quite far back from the street so it it still peaceful and quiet.

It would be nice if breakfast was available.
