"Good meeting space to gather friends."

I could not lower the heat below 73 degrees. I had to turn off the heat and then it got chilly. It would be good if a client could adjust the temperature to 68 degrees.

"Comfortable and friendly airport stopover hotel"

Exceptional staff - helpful, alert, ready and willing to respond to requests. The room (#400) is huge and well laid-out. Well equipped and a great view of the airport! The morning breakfast was more than adequate and the coffee was good. Liked the availability of purchasable snacks, microwave meals, beer and soft drinks. We liked the comfortable waiting area by the front entrance which has plenty of room for people and luggage while awaiting onward transportation.

One of the two room heaters resolutely provided cold air and could not be turned off (the other heater won the battle fortunately). Hotel offered immediate maintenance but we asked them to leave it until we checked out (which the4y did, so points for that.). The window blinds close easily but require Tarzanic strength to open them in the a.m.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel and room were very clean. The decor is fun and we enjoyed the history of the building. We would definitely stay here again.
