"Comunicação com adm muito falha."

Falta ducha higiênica. Fiz uma solicitação pelo WhatsApp no início da tarde para evitar transtornos ao chegar de noite, a atendente afirmou que eu poderia ficar tranquilo que minha vc solicitação estaria no flat, porém quando cheguei, não estava. Na recepção só entregam e recebem as chaves e outras informações básicas… no mais só com os proprietários ou administradores, que após 18h ou um pouco mais, não conseguem resolver muito coisa, ficando so para o dia seguinte.

É um quarto super pequeno com uma pia sem nenhum utensílio, no banheiro não existia papel higiênico. Pelo valor cobrado esta caríssimo pelo que não foi oferecido.
