More than a little noise from people outside

There was no breakfast included. The location was ok.

I had to ask for a luggage cart, and ice because they were kept in the back of the office. The ice machine should be available to all of the customers at all times. The room we were given smelled like cigarettes we notified the attendant at the office she came in and sprayed the room with air freshener.

No breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Strong water pressure. Fast internet. Location few steps away from the mall.

No free water dispenser :)

Room smells like weed and cigarettes. Lots of noisy neighbors. The room had burn marks all over the walls

The hotel is okay, but it's a bit old. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay, and the price was good. It is nearby shops and there are several dining options nearby, and so the location is good.

It's an old hotel that can use some upgrades. It's a motel experience mostly. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't the most beautiful hotel that we stayed in during our road trip.

It was clean and smelled clean upon entering the room.

They overcharged for NYE.. about triple and they charge for parking. Ridiculous. Talk about price gouging.
