THE place to stay if you’re doing the Balcony Walk. Located overlooking the valley and the start of the walk. We did it in the evening and then again for sunrise… both were spectacular and recommended to avoid the crowds. Dinner and breakfast are served with a smile, shower was hot and bed comfy.

Not super deluxe, but you pay for the setting. We took the transfer option (as we didn’t have a 4x4) which is way too expensive for what it is (€120 round trip) would say get a decent car (4x4 not really necessary) and you’ll be fine.

The staff was super friendly, and truly customer-focused. Very helpful and service-oriented. Special call-out for Sumil (apologies if I did not quite get his name fully correctly).

Расположение в горах. Можно наблюдать восход солнца и закат. В номере есть обогреватель, что очень хорошо. Наличие ванны ! Рядом треккинг в горы

Скудные ужин и завтрак. Хотелось бы больше выбор на завтрак и самостоятельнвй шведский стол.

Sehr gute Lage für den Balkony-Walk.

Wir hatten das „Standard-Zimmer“ gebucht. Dieses hat keine Fensterfront und keine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Zimmer, sondern nur ein kleines Fenster zum Hinterhof. Nächstes mal würden wir ein „Zimmer mit Bergblick“ wählen und nur eine Nacht bleiben.

Posizione unica all'inizio del Balcony Walk. Colazione e cena al chiuso (bene a dicembre, la notte fa freddo) ma con vetrate a tutta parete. Vista al mattino impagabile. Considerando la posizione delle altre strutture della zona, questa è la migliore insieme a quella dei "dome" posti lì vicino. Personale attento e disponibile come in tutte le strutture di queste dimensioni in Oman. Ideale per chi come noi vuole evitare gli assembramenti e la confusione, ritiene che la colazione a buffet continentale non sia un plus (quindi non la cerca), che le brioches a colazione non sono necessarie, che da priorità agli alimenti tipici del posto.

La posizione é incantevole e la camera é spaziosa. Lo staff é molto gentile. Simpaticissimo il ragazzo (Mohammed) che ci ha accompagnati all'andata e al ritorno.
