No parking and definitely no free parking before 3am, very wet air conditions in the apartment, fleas on the bed. Don’t recommend for travelers with cars

Many issues, roaches bathroom door doesn't lock and mattress is stained, kind of gross. Refrigerator and dishwasher smelled badly. No views, no parking for pickup.

Weather was great. Great approximation by the beach however no parking. Holes in wall, hotel smells and no elevator

Bright light from the building and parking lot next door made it difficult to sleep. This could be fixed easily with light blocking curtains. There is no parking and no assistance with finding parking. The rooms are well equipped with mini kitchen but the washer/dryer is one machine and needed instructions on how to use. When renting, I requested 3 bedrooms, and they gave me two units, a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom which were separate. I was charged for two units instead of one so this cost more than advertised. No pool and no fitness area. No instructions on how to access beach equipment if there is any.

This entire building must have mold. We took picture of mold in our bathroom…Beware! The problems we found is MOLD, the bathroom door should have went out and Parking They responded quickly but these things are not something communication could change.

Adequate. Living room light didn’t work. Control panel was down and unusable. Microwave needed service. Windows looked out on walkway a few feet away so were unusable. Lots of noise from upstairs and hallway. Bed sagged.

Very good property for a quick stay. Beach is a walk away. Only downside is parking difficulty. Otherwise great placd
