leaving was nice

Joanne & her 2 “authorised” henchmen that she sends out at 10pm to a women’s room when the dodgy fire alarm system which I was told is silent (a HUGE safety concern you would think it would be fixed promptly but no they leave it broken & silent) and it only alerts reception & not the guests in the room that the “fire/smoke” apparently is. Even without any smoke in the room! Also be prepared to be accused of staying here without paying, even with proof of payment from a bank statement & the booking.com “paid for” confirmation.
