Hilton Garden Inn Broomfield Boulder

Something is really wrong with the hotel staff at this property! They should not work in hospitality. Natalie (Natalia), the night receptionist, is rude and unprofessional. At 2:00 AM, I woke up because the room was too hot. The AC was set to 72°F but felt like 85°F. When I called to report this, she replied that she was not an engineer from maintenance and could not fix the issue, but if I wanted, she could change the room. There were zero apologies and zero empathy. Worst service! Buffet breakfasts for $17 were not on time the first day. On the second day, they reheated the food from the day before, stating that the entire kitchen staff had called out. There was no chef and no one to take care of the breakfast! It was awful! They even said breakfast would be complimentary for all guests, as the front desk and office personnel were serving it. If you come to Broomfield for business, do yourself a favor and book at the next-door hotel, The Renaissance. Another co-worker booked there and had a great experience. This will be the last time I stay at this property.

We spent 4 nights here, and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean. The view from our room was beautiful. This hotel seems newer than the other hotel we've stayed at in the area. The neighborhood around the hotel seemed safe, and there were lots of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again!
