Reserved a king room. Arrived at 4:00 for check in. Was told that they overbooked my room and would get a two queen room. This was a special night for my wife and me so we were not happy. Person at counter obviously could care less that they didn’t have the room. Didn’t offer anything to make it right. In fact i think i was charged the higher king room rate.

Both my confirmation email and the website said 3pm check in but upon arrivak at 3pm we were told it was 4pm and we'd have to wait for our room. Housekeeping also entered our room at 8am when checkout it 12pm.

What I liked was how helpful the front desk guy was when booking my room. He was very understanding of my particular situation. I was in. Very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed the rest of my evening.

What I didn’t like was there weren’t enough Kleenex in my room. The coffee maker did not work very well. They were grounds of coffee in my coffee. But those things were not a big deal. However, the girl who was working the front desk as I was departing, was on a personal phone call while I was trying to ask questions. and stayed on her phone call. she made me feel like I was interrupting.

I enjoyed my stay and so did the family. It was only for the one night but just bedding and breakfast started our day out correct.

I liked everything in this hotel :)
