"Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, Top Komfort , Sehr freundliches Personal, Wir kommen jederzeit wieder !"

Das Hotel verfügt über eine Top Anbindung zum Ägyptischen Museum , den Pyramiden und zur Altstadt von Kairo. Das Personal ist sehr gut ausgebildet, sehr höflich und spricht in den meisten Fällen Englisch. Das Frühstück ist europäisch, sehr reichhaltig und bietet dem Hotelgast einfach Alles. Das Hotel ist vollklimatisiert was in Ägypten bei seinen heissen Temperaturen geradezu eine Wohltat ist.

أحب أشكر موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ حازم والأستاذة شهد على تعاملهم الراقي واحترافيتهم العالية خلال فترة إقامتي لمدة 4 أيام في الفندق كانوا دائماً متعاونين بشوشين وسريعين في تلبية الطلبات وهذا الشيء خلى تجربتي مميزة ومريحة جداً شكرا لكم على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة وإن شاء الله تتكرر الزيارة واذا لي زيارة لفندق كروان بلازا مره ثانيه فبيكون بسبب الاستاذ حازم والاستاذه شهد على تعاونهم وخدمتهم المميزة لي وشكرا من قلبي لكم
