Emplacement, propreté de la chambre, personnel accueillant

La terrasse extérieure pourrait être mieux aménagée et attrayante. Les façades du bâtiment qui n'a pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps rendant la vue sur mer moins belle. Renforcer le dressage des tables pour qu'il ne manque rien. L'éclairage de la chambre trop complexe.

Location

The shower was broken, the AC was seemingly not working and the chain lock on the door was also broken. Despite the hotel not being visibly full, I was denied a room change when I requested for it. So that was disappointing.

The staff were exceptional. All the staff were so genuinely friendly and welcoming. Everyone from the security staff, the reception staff, the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff were lovely.

The key cards tended to be a bit erratic in operating the lifts (the elevators). They didn't always work. But the staff in the lobby were very helpful.
