The location

Cooker needed a clean, wouldn’t want to use

Great access to parking and great location for central Blackpool area. Had everything we needed although missing a 6th chair at the table so one of us had to use the sofa. Good price for the location only being 12 minutes walk from the tower. All furniture was in reasonable condition.

We felt the need to do a clean of the place ourselves after finding hair on the walls and floor of the bathroom, which resulted in us feeling like it hadn’t been cleaned at all when we saw what we had managed to clean up across the whole apartment. Due to there being no vacuum we rolled up the rug to put in the corner of the room as we could feel it hadn’t been vacuumed when standing on it without shoes. Sliders/crocs were essential unless you wanted dirty socks. The mattresses also feel like they need updating as you can feel the springs quite uncomfortably - lucky it was a very warm weekend so we lay on top of the duvets which helped with the comfort. We would definitely recommend putting some frosted stick on coverings on the bathroom window, with people next door standing outside the window smoking, even with the blind closed you can still see into the bathroom as we could see them stood outside whilst in the shower.

Good facilities for cooking etc. good showers. 15 min walk to WINTER GARDENS. Parking on the main road is easy. Didn't meet any staff but communication regarding access etc was excellent. Very comfy bed.

The fronts of the drawers were broken, the lino by the bed was flapping and coming up. But run down. Pots n pans weee dirty too. Shame.

It was well decorated to a high standard, amazing customer service (a hinge became loose and was quickly dealt with) beds were comfy and well equipped kitchen and bathroom was spacious too. The property is well maintained inside and out.
