Sehr schöne und große Villa mit viel Platz zum nächsten Nachbarn. Viel Natur und großzügige Gartenanlage. Die Villa hält was die Fotos versprechen. Ruhig gelegen ohne Verkehrslärm, Fluglärm oder ähnlich. Das eigene Golfcart ist toll für Erledigungen in der Anlage. Man hat nicht wirklich Campingplatz-Feeling in den Villen. Die Anlage ist aber auch eher durchschnittlich und unspektakulär.

Die Villen haben auf der Terrasse und am Pool sehr viel Schatten. Aufgrund der Ausrichtung (nach Westen) hat man keine Morgensonne und aufgrund der vielem schönen Bäume vor den Villen keine Nachmittag- und Abendsonne. Sonne hatten wir somit im August 2-3 Stunden um die Mittagszeit. Das führt dazu, dass es schnell frisch ist und man sich den Sprung ins Pool überlegt. Die Bäume sind super, versperren aber den Blick aufs Meer. Dieser ist somit so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Die Anlage liegt abgeschieden und man muss schon extra nach Rovinj fahren, wenn man ein bisschen Unterhaltung möchte. Die Anlage gibt in diesem Punkt nichts her. Die Strände sind sehr steinig und naturbelassen. Liegen gibt es nicht wirklich dort.

Very nice interior of Villas, very kind staff and concierge team. Excellent location to calm down , stay with the family and recover after the dynamic hard work. Food in restaurants also very good.

There is no cleaning in villas at all- at least once in three days would be great as in the long-awaited vacation the least thing you want to do is cleaning . Also given that the price is for villa isn’t small… Another disadvantage is the beach next to villas- while it’s ok that it is full of big stones and there would be not very expensive to fill it with smaller ones, but the windsurfing creates a mess in the water and high risk of collisions. Instead of enjoying the sea swimmers have to stay alerted and to observe there is no windsurfer coming to crash into their heads as the bay is small and 6-8 beginners-windsurfers go from one side to another at the solid speed. The one solution could be to spilt the bay by half and separate area for windsurfing. The most unpleasant event happened when my wife asked the coach of windsurfers to be careful as he approached her with his boat not even looking where it goes, he became aggressive and started to argue.

The villa was amazing absolutely top notch all the details were to the very top standard and location was great

Отсутствие входа в море около виллы . Было бы разумно в Райне дорогих вилл с выходом к морю сделать один - два помоста в море с возможность входа в воду по металлической лестнице
