The professional of staff very clean beds comfortable

Sorry I don't think the breakfast is good at all i know it's frozen prepared just don't like

The staff was nice , and the hotel itself was beautiful

Dirty comforters on my bed, $223 hold charge.. window shade was broken so all I had was a curtain for privacy, location is in loud trashy area

The staff was excellent. Everyone we had interaction with was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, with a good variety.

Nothing that can be changed. I didn't care for the location, but it was a very busy weekend in Baltimore with the Ravens/Steelers game and the cheer competition (why I was in town). The hotel itself was great but location was not.

The bed was comfortable, check-in was a breeze.

I didn't like the non smoking rooms, there was no shower caps, no hand soap, no toothbrushes or toothpaste and the room and bed was smaller than expected.

Once inside the hotel, it was beautiful.

It was literally in the ghetto. Lexington Market is Directly behind the hotel. We had to drive around the block 3 times, witnessing drug deals in front of us, to figure out where to park. We did not feel safe and to that fact, almost left without staying.
