Service provided behind the reception and bar counter was excellent. Modern design with simple and practical amenities. User/guest-friendly.

전체적으로 다 좋았으나 트윈베드룸 침대가 너무 작네요.

1. 룸 크기 : 넓음. 청결 2. 수영장 : 관리 잘 되어 있음. 3. 프론트데스크 : 짐 보관함 없는 호텔 처음 봄. 큰 짐 있는 경우 이 호텔 사용 안할것임.

Very clean, great location. Excellent restaurant and bar.

The room was small, and the bed was very hard. It was also challenging to get the room cool. Also, did not like having a common area w coffee and fridge w strangers.

My husband and I came to this hotel for a one night staycation, and we absolutely loved the experience. It was in an amazing location, close to the subway/train station and surrounded by lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. At one point we had a problem with the shower but they sent someone up within 5 minutes and it was fixed immediately, so that was very convenient for us. The swimming pool had both a pool and a hot spa type pool. It was really lovely, but very busy at the time we chose! Despite that we still enjoyed it a lot. They have nice spacious private showers you can use before and after swimming too. (In some hotels in korea the swimming pool showers are not so private!) The breakfast was really delicious, with a great range of western and korean options. I really loved the pancakes! It's a large hall with a lot of tables and chairs so despite being busy it was easy to get a table and sit down immediately. The staff speak both Korean and English and are very professional and kind. They were always ready to explain things and answer any questions. Loved my stay here and I would happily stay again in the future. Great hotel for couples, and also families!!

호텔 위치가 아주 좋아요 광명역앞 코스트코, 이케아와 가깝고 근처에 먹자골목과 쇼핑몰까지 가족여행을 위해서는 반반이에요 일단 수영장이 수영을 하기 어려워요 사진찍으러오는 분들이 많아서 아이들 물놀이를 원한다면 다른 곳을 추천해요 아이들용 2층침대와 작은 키즈공간은 무료로 바뀐것같아서 좋았어요

쇼핑몰이 가까워 식사하고 간단한 요깃거리 사러 나가기도 좋습니다 호텔내에 키즈까페 수영장 이용하며 호캉스 용으로 딱이네요
