Third floor sea facing 2 bedroom apartment with balcony

Location

We were not on the 3rd floor as per the booking, we were on the 1st floor in a unit that we rented before. We know the units in the building and specifically booked the 3rd floor unit, because it is nicer than the unit we ended up in. Neither the washing machine nor the tumble dryer worked, and there are only two water glasses and three spoons in a unit for four people. The unit requires some maintenance.

Great position, spacious.

In one bedroom, there were bedside lamps, but neither worked. In the other bedroom, there were no bedside lamps. At the entrance door, there is a door mat. But when we arrived, it was covered in lumps of dust and was never cleaned. It would be better if there were some instructions for appliances. Finally, only 1 bathroom has a shower, and like many others have commented, the water pressure is extremely poor.

Shower didn't work wad fixed but needs remedial action to improve flow and pressure

The street noice is very bad - does not seem there is double glazing; reception was being renovated; water pressure in shower was poor; one of toilets was damaged; blankets did not seem clean; only 1 heater in apartment
