Superbe emplacement. Bien équipé pour les enfants. Le personnel et l’équipe d’animation sont vraiment au top!

Un peu vieillissant mais vite oublié par l’amabilité et le service +++ de l’équipe de l’hôtel.

"Habitación y ubicación exelente"

La habitación está genial, y el baño maravilloso; espacioso y con bañera. Además, la habitación tenía un pequeño balcón. La ubicación es perfecta. Calidad - precio muy razonable.

Tengo 86 años. Por mi profesión, mi experiencia en buenos hoteles es muy dilatada. En este sentido, pensaba haberlo visto todo y que ya nada me podría sorprender, razón por la que me llevé una agradabilísima sorpresa: Mi estancia en el Catalina Plaza Hotel Sostenible me ha supuesto un placer inenarrable, fue milagroso poder encontrar en un solo hotel todas las bondades reunidas que, de forma aislada, y nunca más allá de dos o tres de ellas, había encontrado en otros hoteles. Les felicito por su eficiencia integral, y, con la gran categoría humana y profesional de su personal, lograrán mentenerse en ese primer puesto de privilegio. Es mi deseo, y, junto a éste, mi más sincera y fervorosa felicitación. ¡Animo, seguid así!

"Difrute en Las Palmas"

Destacar en primer lugar la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Muy buena situación, a 300 m. de La playa de Las Canteras, servicio de autobuses y de taxis al lado del hotel, también en la misma plaza de Santa Catalina varias cafeterías y diversos establecimientos, como perfumerías y tiendas de gafas y electrónica . Recomendable

"Un hôtel que nous avions choisi pour sa proximité avec la gare routière et où nous n’avons pas pu fermer l’œil de la nui"

À proximité de la gare routière de Santa Catalina. Personnel agréable et souriant. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Hôtel située dans une zone piétonnière avec notamment un banc juste en bas des chambres, d’où des bruits intenses de conversation pratiquement toute la nuit. Donc payer une chambre d’hôtel 128 euros pour ne pas fermer l’œil de la nuit n’est pas une expérience très satisfaisante….
