great property

I loved how the hotel was so clean and looks brand new. What I disliked was the staff, at least one of the ladies. I checked in on the 3rd of July about 3pm and the lady that attended me was so rude. I’m assuming it was the end of her shift, she spoke to me like I was a slow human being. I registered my name with my first and my fiancé last name. Not sure how that happened but she was very rude about it as if I was not giving her my correct information. The next day she was very friendly but if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on anyone but yourself . Other than her I had a great stay! Loved everything about the pool and room.

Loved our stay at this hotel, away from the traffic and crowds from the beach. Staff was very professional and polite. Only complaint was noise at 7 am coming from the room above so rooms are not very sound proof.

Just traveling through for a concert at Freeman Arts Pavilion. The hotel was conveniently located nearby, and it was clean and very comfortable. Our room was quite spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff of this hotel were friendly and very helpful.The rooms were Clean,comfortable and they even have an EV charging station.Free Breakfast with plenty of option to choose from. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Room was very clean. Customer service at check-in was average. We weren't told about the complementary continental breakfast. It was inconvenient to not have a tea/coffee pot in the room. The bathroom sink didn't drain property. The toilet made a loud noise and took forever for the tank to fill after every flush.

I'd stay again

Stayed here after a softball tournament in the area. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely cordial and the check in was fast (and earlier than I expected). Breakfast was a nice touch and the 24 hour coffee bar was even better. This hotel also has a pool that was well maintained and clean. Would absolutely stay here again if in the Millsboro/Georgetown area.
