Good size of flat quite big good for family

Not clean carpet too dirty they should put wooden floor laminate clean and easy to clean windows too mouldy need to be repainted and wall need be painted it isn’t too expensive it may cost 300£ to 400£ bed mattresses not good need to replace I would like to take some fotos but family said no we only here for 2 nights we could manage and two big issues i need to mention the owner put ska folding worker’s woke us up 8 am if the some work need to be done outside by window they must not renting it out our family not enjoyed well while worker walked pass

No Wi-Fi, no working TV, and carpets were dirty. We paid a £50 deposit which we only found one afterwards was non-refundable! No one was able to send us the terms and conditions stating it was non-refundable. Such a shame as we left the property in a better condition than we found it.
