Little Nuts Villas

The property manager is very nice, as well as the cleaning guys. Always smiling, always acting immediately. It is in a gated community. We shortened our stay because of the things listed and we got a refund.

The place is not suitable for longer stays, but it's okay for 1 or 2 nights if you don't mind the bad smell and the huge cockroaches. The property management company as well as the cleaning staff are pretty unprofessional. It seemed that the villa has been rented out for a long term and hasn't been cleaned properly before our arrival. The kitchen was disgustingly dirty, but has been cleaned upon our explicit request. So we're the sofas and chairs which were gross and I can't really understand how they could expect anyone to sit on it,so we asked them to cover it with a bed sheet as they refused to do a deep cleaning. I sent a step by step request and a list of things to be fixed and cleaned, but they couldn't do it in weeks. There was constant very bad smell coming from the drainage of the bathroom which made the whole bathroom and the upper level with the bedroom smell very badly. We bought cleaning materials and cleaned everything ourself, but the bad smell was always coming back. And so was the mold and the cockroaches. The place is very humid, hot and is very moldy as well since all the windows that should have been open so there is air circulation, have been closed with some home made wood planks. (looks very odd and stops the air from circulating in the villa and since there is no AC downstairs, everything gets moldy quickly and it's so humid and hot that you can barely breath on a sunny day). All our bags and clothes we had downstairs were full of mold after a few days. If we brought them up they were smelling bad because of the drainage pipe. This were things we could live with, but the continuous problem with the cockroaches was a no go for us after a while. After I explicitly asked for a professional pest control treatment (which has been done with us living in the property with a 2 yo. kid), the problem was solved for a few days, although dead cockroaches were all around in and outside the villa.

Everything was perfect! big clean swimming pool enough to swim, off the main and busy road, everything you need is reachable by a short motorbike ride 7-10-15 minutes. I used only gograb/gojek services, never had any problems. Wi-Fi was fast, I was reading, using social networks and making work video calls in the evening. Especially liked water cooler with hot and cold water. All the kitchen facilities were available for cooking except for forks. The cleaning was on time, they texted me before coming and never came without asking in advance I spent wonderful time here! Thank you, guys!

It’s not the property but the neighbors with a loud small child just next to me. She wasn’t crying all the time, but still annoying. Unfortunately, all in all it isn’t perfectly quite place. If you’re ok with some noises and have more luck with neighbors - then this place is perfect for you

Private with own pool and great size bed room Fine location for us as we were working and like to cook our own meals but will need a car or bike. It’s a 20 ride into main Uluwatu Drinking water provided

Cleaning wasn’t very good, they clean regularly but change sheets and sweep is all. Had to ask for sinks and toilets etc to be cleaned as we stayed for two weeks. The hosts are nice but they would show up and let themselves into the property without warning/messaging.
