The only good thing about this property is the location.

The property was very disappointing and did not match the quality portrayed in the photos. There are better options in this price range nearby. The poolside deckchairs were filthy, curtains and linens unclean, lawn was not kept and the villa generally felt poorly managed. We decided upon arrival not to unpack our bags and found alternative accommodation. Unfortunately we did not receive a refund for any of our stay despite the rather misleading listing.

The property was in the perfect spot in Bingin, conveniently located close to everything while still feeling secluded.

The villa, bedrooms and pool were great. Location was perfect, right next to shops and a short walk to the beach. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Loved the pool. Loved the breakfast. The host and staff were lovely and helpful. They put up with a lot of our questions and requests. Breakfast service was delicious and I’d recommend doing once or twice during your stay. Ask for a second key if needed. The staff helped us with ironing and laundry.

Be aware that this is an open villa. The common area and bathrooms are outdoors (common for Bali). There are blinds to keep the rain out if needed, but we didn’t need them during our stay (even during wet season. This isn’t a negative, but something to be aware of. We would stay here again.
