We booked all three villas for a family holiday, thinking it would be a great place for everyone. The villas looked nice, but there were serious issues. I wouldn't suggest these villas for families with older people or young kids. In Bali, power problems can happen, but during our three-night stay, it was a constant issue for every single day/ night. During the 2nd night of our stay, the power went out more than 10 times in just 1.5 hours between 2-3 am, which was really frustrating. To make things worse, on the third day, we had no hot water. We came back late, tired from the day, and when we tried to shower, there was no hot water. I messaged the host, and she said she told us about the hot water problem. That wasn't true – she only mentioned a problem with the water dispenser, not the hot water. And if she really thought she told us, she should have warned us when the problem wasn't fixed, not late at night when we asked about it. We're a family with older people and young kids. If the host had told us about the issues beforehand, we could have made other plans during the day. Instead, she kept the problems from us and only offered another place to shower when we found out at midnight. This was really inconvenient for my parents, who have trouble moving around. While we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, it is the lack of transparency from the property host that is truly disconcerting. We do not fault the property for the power and water issues, but the intentional concealment of these problems from us is utterly unacceptable. Such an experience not only disrupted our sleep and itinerary but also caused extreme inconvenience to every member of our family. Transparency from the host is paramount, and sadly, this was sorely lacking in our regrettable experience.

The apartment unit was very cute and well decorated. It was also very large and had a lot of space.

The apartment unit is right on the road. It’s very very noisy and we could hear everything. Motorists, walking pedestrians, neighbors talking, everything. The unit also does not cool down. There are two small AC units but it was unbearably hot. We barely slept and felt very uncomfortable.

The property was so beautiful, very well maintained and had everything you needed! The staff are amazing and very so helpful! It’s in a great location and you can walk to the beach and it’s so close to coffee shops and restaurants!

The apartment is spacious. The villa looks lovely …. there was however no access to it. It is a completely separate property.

The property is not as advertised. We booked the apartment thinking that we would have access to the pool and communal area. The pictures shown on the booking are for the villa and is completely separate to the apartment. The apartment was spacious, however, it was above a shop on the street and was noisy. There was no pool access or access to any of the areas shown in the photos. We requested to cancel our stay and receive a refund but were not given the option and instead offered only a 10% discount on our stay. The listing needs updated to clearly reflect that there is two separate properties.
