The team was able to accommodate my request for an early checking. Staff is friendly and the location was perfect for our visit. The size of the room was adequate for my children and I. Love the breakfast options and freshly brewed coffee.

Central to our families. Decent breakfasts.

Elevator has had issues for months. ( blue tape over buttons in lobby), push up button to get down, as buttons not working properly( for months). Lock on lobby bathroom not working for months. Janitor cleaning lobby bathrooms during breakfast everytime( why???!!!), people need to use, also only one, bc other lock doesn’t work, still. We stay here often, for family occasions. Sheets are rough and scratchy.

The room “looks” nice but there was a metal plate on my bathroom counter; no towels, no trash bags in the cans. I called down for towels so I could shower and 1 hour later I had to go down and ask for them again. The bed is horribly uncomfortable, I woke up with the worst back pain.
