Alle sehr nett und das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Alt var topp. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde ved en feil booket overnatting på feil dag, men de ordnet det for oss og vi var veldig glade for det. Veldig god service. Savnet AC da vi kom på en dag hvor det var veldig varmt.

We couldn't reach the hotel reception to do check-in - ringing on doors, calling, email, ... nothing worked. After ca 1 hour after long call (ringing the phone maybe for a minute) sb took it but not speaking english. After some german discussion finally english speaker available - probably owner of the hotel. Got info that our room is not available, since by mistake someone else got our key and is using the room now. He tried to find another hotel, but nothing was free in the same city so we had to move ca 12km away - in the evening with children. Thanks to this manager we got good accomodation finally, but the experience was really very bad - one point is the mistake with the key, but the second one is the bad communication and missing working reception in the hotel.

Es war keiner da als ich gekommen bin, müsste 40 min draußen warten

Obwohl check in bis 18.00 Uhr möglich sein sollte, wurden wir um 15.00 Uhr angerufen, dass niemand auf uns warten wird. Check in mit code hat funktioniert, es war aber nicht mehr möglich Informationen über die Umgebung usw zu bekommen. Wir haben das Zimmer 21 bekommen, wo das Plissee komplett zerrissen war, Steckdose neben dem Bett gebrochen und einige Getränke in der Minibar abgelaufen waren. Besonders schlimm fanden wir den Gestank im ganzen Gebäude. Die Eingangstür des Hotels sieht übrigens auch nicht einladend und qualitativ aus. Bei Abreise haben wir eine Rechnung über 82,62€ bekommen, bezahlt haben wir aber 97,20€ . Entweder haben wir ein falsches Zimmer bekommen, oder eine falsche Rechnung. Unsere mehrmaligen Anfragen blieben leider unbeantwortet.

Everything was clean, clean table clothes and welcomed and careful service. We had enjoyed the pool table and football table.

We had a room at attic/penthouse so there was very hot and only two little roof windows. This room would deffinitely need an aircondition unit. We spent 8 days and some of days were very hot. One day was raining havily in the night, air got colder but we had to close tje window because it was raining right into our bed.

It was clean, bed was ok.

The stairs are steep, it's not near anything. No information on restaurants.
